The gym and pool were closed for months but we still paid full price. Need a refund for the lockdown period ASAP. Also the security staff just let anyone into the building without calling us, it is not safe.

1- Pls provide shade parking and operate the parking barriers
2- pls provide pest control for the cockroach and mosquitos in the common area around the community we can't use the balcony because of mosquitoes and because of the cockroach sound daily
