MAG 5 Boulevard - Annual Service Fees adjustments
Kindly find below a relevant but not exhaustive list:
No access during the corona virus.
Service fees need to be reimbursed or deducted for the paid time. Removed for the upcoming lockdown time
2- Parking & Building access
No access card to building which fragilise the security of the units.
No parking barrier operational which brings a chaos and complete mess on the parking slots management.
3- Security Staff
Our security should have been trained before taking their duty. There is a real security issue.
they are supposed to call before anyone entering confirming if we expect anyone.
Even checking ID of workers from outside.
Several times Owners and Tenants complained about someone open their door without knocking. It is unbelievable in United Arab Emirates.
4- Shower pressure
The pump(s) have been undersized and a promise to replace them has been made with any action until now 20/04/2020.
5- Common area
Garbage room is dirty and messy there are insects everywhere.
Corridor is used as a shoe storage which doesn’t look clean at all.
6- Odors and Insects
An automatic perfume diffuser should be hanged up on the wall of each floor close to elevator.
Insects are coming to apartment from outside (flies..) pest control should be conducted at least once a month to stabilize the current polluted environment.
