This petition was drawn up to address the issue of clutch shudder design flaw in some or all Suzuki Boulevard m109r model motorcycles. This clutch shudder problem seems to be widespread with all year models and mileage counts alike. It happens on low mileage bikes, it happens on high mileage bikes, it happens when cold staring, it happens with different grades of oil. It is very random and we strongly feel this problem should be addressed in a recall manner. We want our m109r's fix under a recall.
