Kids who live in longford that use skateboards or bmxs or scooters have a hard time getting to counties with skateparks let it be the money or parents won't let them,so I think its about time Longford had their own skatepark built

Longford definitely needs something for the youths of the town like this to keep them occupied and it'll bring more money to the town from other skaters that will travel the country to try it out

Be great for the youth of the county and Longford in general. As a former member of the Defence Forces it would be great to see the place put to good use once again.

A skate park would be amazing to have here in town!! I’ve seen the guys here skate before and its great to watch even if you don’t skate yourself. There isn’t much around town for young people to do. And as a mother myself I’d love to see something like this in town so my kids can go enjoy it.

A skatepark woukd be very beneficial to this town as the number if sisters rapidly increase it would be a safe environment to skate in instead of in abandoned business units or on roads. It would prevent the bad name associated with skaters which they get for skating on roads

badly needed around here i do bmx and skate pretty much everyday i would usally go to abandon sketchey places too skate i would very often see homeless people a skatepark would be a safe envoirment to skate in and i have been wishing for one since i was 12 :)
