Online petition for people to sign to get Dungannon and South Tyrone to build a skatepark in the Dungannon area. The need for a skatepark is high, considering that there are 4 skateparks in all of Northern Ireland. Closest one being Banbridge which is an hour or so journey from our area. Having a Skatepark on this side of Northern Ireland would attract large amounts of people, especially if it's a decent park.

Seeing this grow makes the long hours feel worth it. It is exhausting to keep pushing when the progress feels slow but this shift in momentum keeps me moving forward.

This sounds like a fantastic idea. There is no longer anything for the younger generation to do in Dungannon since even the cinema has shut down. I believe this would be a great idea for people to come together and learn new tricks.
I agree there should be a Skatepark in Dungannon! There are many skateboarders at the moment in Dungannon and I think it will be a great place to socialise and a good activity instead of people going round drinking and stuff.
I have a board but can't learn to use it because we don't have one Dungannon should really build one
I am really for this project as I think it would make the community come together and it would lower the crime, it would be a good socialising area and outdoor activity park!
A great idea to allow children to partake in an outdoor activity and a positive cross community opportunity.
Pls need skatepark really needed

Dungannon needs some5ing to spice it up and Ik a lot of people including me skate but habve no where to skate as it is rocky but a skate park would be amazing
