The rights of citizens (national service personnel) as enshrined under chapter 5 of the 1992 constitution of Ghana, guarantees the right to be treated fairly on all grounds devoid of assault, discrimination or any form of infringement. However, potential service personnel have been faced with unfavourable conditions that appears to be inconsistent with the aforementioned provisions. Ranging from long hours of queuing in unfavourable weather conditions to manhandling and assault. This has aroused a call for the entire process to be done online to save us and generations yet unborn the hectic and costly processes involved in our quest to get our mandate under Act 426, executed.
