The increased visibility of this petition has prompted a response from local media outlets looking for formal statements. I am currently drafting a letter to the Board of Supervisors to request a meeting regarding these contract negotiations.

Whatever happened to fairness? Give them their raises just like management got.
My husband works for the county and this is just plain unfair. They do all the work and get ignored. Pay them what they earned.
Livingston county needs to wake up. These folks have been doing their jobs for years without a contract. Enough is enough.
Unbelievable. Management gets their raises but the people on the front lines get nothing? Typical.
Support our workers! They deserve better than this treatment.

Ridiculous. Everyone deserves a fair contract especially people who have been working without one for this long. Get it done.
