Whereas the under signed, petition the Local Executive Council (LEC) and Master Executive Council (MEC) to request an unbiased opinion from the assigned Federal Mediator with regard to withdrawing LOA 65 from the current contract as permitted by the language in the Letter of Agreement. This opinion is being requested to ensure that withdrawing LOA 65 will not affect the Federal Mediators position on Pilot Contract negotiations.
