I live at The Farm and there is a lot of support for Life Time. Life Time is spending $39M on this project to build a beautiful center, customized to The Farm's architecture. Poway will be proud to have this.

I strongly support Life Time at The Farm. It will be a great benefit to our families. Keeps tax dollars in Poway.

Interesting that when it went to a vote, there were promises of 6-8 tennis courts...and now, there is none......bait and switch....not cool, regardless of anyone's opinion on tennis

I support this project. 5 pickleball courts might not be enough. If you built 10, they would be full every night! Can't wait to see this develop.

I think it looks beautiful and offers a lot to the Community. My main concern is the Hours of operation are past 10PM . As a property owner adjacent to the facility I vote to have the hours of operation to end at 10PM. What is the lighting going to be around the parking lot? Will it be obscured by planting so it doesn't effect the neighboring houses.

My home backs up to the Farm Development and I support the addition of Life Time Fitness as a long term tenant. Families like ours with young children will benefit from easy access to safe open space and activity options lacking in the neighborhood.

Voting NO on this significant change to the original proposal. Doesn't belong here, the neighborhood doesn't want it, and what becomes of the building when LT can't get enough $299/month customers to keep it afloat?

You can't promise that someone is going to come in and invest the money to build tennis courts. That original plan was way too small for a viable club as well. Life Time is following all of the rules with the Specific Plan and being transparent with the public. It will be on the November ballot.
