Life Time Athletic Country Club at The Farm in Poway

Voting NO on this significant change to the original proposal. Doesn't belong here, the neighborhood doesn't want it, and what becomes of the building when LT can't get enough $299/month customers to keep it afloat?

You can't promise that someone is going to come in and invest the money to build tennis courts. That original plan was way too small for a viable club as well. Life Time is following all of the rules with the Specific Plan and being transparent with the public. It will be on the November ballot.

I live at The Farm and there is a lot of support for Life Time. Life Time is spending $39M on this project to build a beautiful center, customized to The Farm's architecture. Poway will be proud to have this.

A major change to a development approved by public vote requires another public vote

I strongly support Life Time at The Farm. It will be a great benefit to our families. Keeps tax dollars in Poway.

I live in the area and having a facility like the one proposed at The Farm would be a benefit to all of us.

I support the proposed Life Time Athletic Center at the Farm.

Health is your most valuable asset. Run, walk, go to a gym, go to multiple gyms, and eat right!

I am a long time resident right near this area and would love to see a lifetime fitness come in.

I strongly support the proposed Life Time Athletic Center at The Farm.

This facility has been well thought out and is much needed in the Poway area.

Interesting that when it went to a vote, there were promises of 6-8 tennis courts...and now, there is none......bait and switch....not cool, regardless of anyone's opinion on tennis

Poway is in desperate need of a state of the art athletic country club with access to all Poway residents.

A full service athletic center would be a great addition to the north Poway area, and would promote growth of young, growing families while also serving the community’s desires for social activities.

Poway is ready for Life Time Athletic Center, Poway is actually past due for a state of the art fitness facility. Let’s get this approved!

I am supportive of the idea of having a heath a fitness facility in the local area.

United States

Awesome!

I’m loving the idea of a North POWAY fitness center with indoor and outdoor physical activity and meeting space

This would be a terrific addition to our city. I hope we can make it happen.
