Had LG G4 for about 2 years. Was working fine last PM. This AM on the charger was hung at Good Life screen. Life not so good. Rebooted and came up but rebooted over and over. Finally hit the death loop and now non-functioning. Bought new Galaxy S8+. Nice. LG sux.

I've had my V10 since October '16. As much as I've loved using it, it bootlooped on me last night. I have most of my photos and contacts backed up, but I have a lot of notes, voice memos, and other things important to me that I can never access again. I just got a new booster battery and was hoping to use the phone as much as I could. Finding out how widespread this issue is leaves me frustrated, but I'm not sure what else I can do about it.

Got my phone day after release in Nov 2015 and it bootlooped yesterday our of nowhere. I have now lost all of the pictures of my youngest daughter who was born in Sep since there is no way to access the phone to retrieve them.

I use my cellphone for everything including work. It froze this morning with this bootloop issue. Now, my two daughters are on their way across country with no way to contact me if something goes wrong and I cannot do any work for my business while I sit here and wait for a replacement to show up in the mail. So my daughters are helpless if something happens and I am loosing money because I have to shut down business till phone arrives. On top of that, I have only had the phone for a year and 2 weeks and I am still paying for it through AT&T. Plus now I have to pay a deductible on top of that to get the replacement. This is absolutely unacceptable.

What a piece of crap. My lg5 bootloop out of function a week ago and now I found out that LG has known about this problem for almost a year-and-a-half. Glad there is a class action suit. Don't undervalue any settlement you attorneys.

Too hot or too cold with this tedious bootloop issue. I feel like my interactions with my v10 are that of my struggle with my bipolar ex girlfriends. LG, it might be time we shatter this relationship.

I am an LG G2 user for more than 3 years, my electronics are all LG, and was thinking to upgrade to LG V10, but now i'm doubting it because of this BOOTLOOP problem.
I am in love with it's look and specs but sorry LG, you have to do something about that in Tunisia or else i'm gonna see something else.

I own this phone and just 10 days over a year, stared facing bootloop issue. As it is a manufacturing fault, LG should replace the device eventhough it is outside warranty.

V10 boot loop issue came shortly after software upgrade but symptoms of the impending boot loop was noticed almost 2 months earlier. Just had not known of the issue or would have contacted LG and tried to resolve it. Now have to hope they will still help to save my many pictures and other info stored on phone that did not all get saved to the cloud.
