Craighead County is a dry county. Several establishments in Jonesboro, AR have become private clubs and obtained liquor licenses which has prevented those under the age of 21 from eating at these establishments without an adult over the age of 21. My friends and I are very responsible and we only want to go to these restaurants to eat. Also, these restaurants greatly decrease their revenue because they lose business. We propose that restaurants identify these minors by stamping or marking their hand, placing a marker on the tables, or creating a designated non-drinking section. This would not take much effort on the part of the restaurants and we need your support to ensure that this happens.
