"I think there is graft and corruption creeping into the township. I don't want to be a part of that at all," Koehs said, expressing particular dissatisfaction with the Board of Trustees.

There are seven on the board, including myself. I can't exclude myself from that. In fact, I feel that I have let the township residents down by not being perhaps as vigilant as I could. I should have seen this stuff coming a year or two ago It appeared to be going well. I was blind to the reality; once I determined that type of activity was working its way in I worked eight or 10 months to change, to stop, slow it down, whatever. I GOT NOTHING BUT GRIEF," Koehs said.
