been saying this for years. my heart breaks seeing so many people in need and no place for them to go in this city. thanks for fighting for this.
Its honestly ridiculous that Chesapeake has zero shelters. People are suffering right on the street while the city ignores them. Fix this now.

DO BETTER CHESAPEAKE! Way too many homeless people in this area and not enough help.
