We the undersigned understand the homeless crisis with many homeless families as well as single individuals around the country. We are signing this petition to let you know we are tired of it and want something done about it. The section 8 system worked a long time ago but is no longer a moving system leaving alot of families in distress. What we are asking for is Tiny homes with government funded land for the homeless population. We the people are asking for a moving system to be put into place so everyone can get help. Unlike section 8 where the lines have been cut off for years and all of the homeless shelters full.

Reaching this point has been an exhausting but necessary climb. I am drained by how long this fight for housing takes yet seeing this momentum keeps me moving forward.

Homeless people are people too and if we have laws to protect animals from the cold we should have to protect people too
Thanks Melissa I appreciate your support & we could use any help we can get with this I talked to my son's school social worker the other day and she said that there are over 500+ homeless families in Pasco County alone & it broke my heart. I am these people & tried to get help everywhere & there is none & am hoping if we can make it a point that this is a real problem that something will be done about it.
I strongly support this petition because I don't believe anyone should be on the streets and it encourages all of us to support each other.
I don't think it is right how people are treated either and this goes for homeless & non homeless & it needs to change. A lot of things need to change.

I’ve been homeless before so I feel for people who are currently homeless cause you get treated like garbage like your less than human and if people find out you were at one point homeless they still think so little of you it makes me very sad
