The community uses that space for soccer already. It'd be nice if it was made to be safer and more enjoyable for soccer.
Soccer has taught me so many life lessons, allowed me to travel the world, and build amazing relationships. The community will love having a place to play consistently.
Agree 100%. i’m a pr athlete bot and raised in lwr and have always had trouble finding open field space or a decent grassy field..
Adding a soccer court to LWR would be a great opportunity to bring the soccer loving community of LWR/SRQ together. As the sport gains popularity in the US and Florida, having a dedicated soccer court would give residents of all ages a place to stay active, meet new people and engage in positive recreation activities. Please consider this option
Always used the hockey court as a soccer field ever since I was a child. Now I’m 24 and wishing I can have my kids play there one day without all of the falling on the pavement that we had when I was younger

I have 3 daughters that love playing soccer and turning the hockey rink into a 5v5 would allow my daughters more training time.
