Dear XFL, this is a message from the football fans in America’s Finest City, San Diego, CA. Since the 1960's, the city of San Diego has been a strong supporter of Professional Football, beginning with the San Diego Chargers, a charter member of the AFL and, most recently, with the San Diego Fleet of the Alliance of American Football. The city and surrounding areas have shown the passion and enthusiasm that equals that of any professional sports town. Just look at how hard we fought to save the Chargers. With this petition we are telling you that we have an established fan base that will welcome you and support you, celebrate with you and suffer with you, and live with you and die with you. We are loyal that way!

I have finalized a formal proposal document detailing our local market research to present to the league office. Discussions are underway to secure a meeting with their expansion committee to review these findings.

The growth in support has caught the attention of regional sports journalists who are now requesting interviews. I am currently drafting a formal proposal to present to the league office detailing our established local infrastructure.

San Diego is an ideal market for professional football. It is unfortunate how the community lost the Chargers, as well as its AAF team. This deserving city would embrace an XFL team if given the opportunity.
I feel San Diego has an amazing football fans they deserve to have another professional football team.
Bring xfl to San Diego it’s been three years without football in San Diego just. We are hungry for another football team
It would be nice to have a XFL team in San Diego like San Diego Wildcats, or the names that are no longer in use for football from San Diego like the Fleet, Riptide, or Shockwave!
I really loved the Fleet when they were here and supported them by attending watch parties , going to a game, and buying merchandise and momentos. I want a San Diego football team. PLEASE!!!!!
Got SD in my prayers xfl include our home team back to San Diego we love football let's go San Diego

Yes, I watched all the Fleet Games & liked their uniforms and the name as we have a strong military presence. We're ready when you are :)
