T-mobile prepaid users currently can't use YouMail as their voicemail.
This is because they are unable to use the conditional call forwarding feature, while postpaid users can.
We've had nearly 1 million prepaid users try to use our service and fail because of conditional call forwarding restrictions.
This petition is to enable that feature for T-mobile prepaid users or to find another way to support third-party voicemails services like YouMail. T-mobile is an innovative carrier, so we're petitioning T-mobile to help support innovative services.
