Dear Google,

Please enable Google Voice to forward to Google Fi. (Ideally, both under a single Google account.)

Our reasons for wanting this may vary, but chiefly:

A central aim of Google Voice was to provide a single, enduring phone number that would be independent of the ever changing physical phones and associated phone plans. Google Fi, by contrast, is at root a cell phone plan--which may come and go as the best option for a given user from one year to the next--and is therefor not, in that central way, a suitable replacement for Google Voice.

This and other reasons make it impractical for many of us long-time Google Voice users who would really like to try Google Fi to do so. Please fix this bug!
