T-Mobile, quit trying to squeeze every penny out of your customers you can. We should have options.

I pay T Mobile each month for my service just like anyone else. I also pay YouMail for their premium service. I switched to a Prepaid plan as it was more beneficial to me than their post paid plan. After this, my YouMail stopped working. I can understand not allowing a free service to be used, but, I am paying for a service that I am now unable to use. Please find a way for me to use my paid services. Thank You Edward J. Malkiewicz

I have always used youmail even on pre paid service... I have a great phone now and with Walmart family mobile it won't let me use it...

I Love Youmail, I've been using it since 2012...now my voicemail sucks because I switched to Family Mobile and can't use it and my callers aren't greeted by name anymore as well as my name being stated in the greeting and many other reasons why I Love Youmail. If I'd known that before hand I would not have switched...I don't see myself remaining a customer for long without it. People actually hated when I answered my phone because they wanted to hear my greeting.
