Coach Jerry Schultz along with his dedicated team of coaches have been the backbone of our boys 2033 Tomahawks lacrosse team. More than just coaches, they also serve as mentors to our boys. Coach Jerry has treated each of the boys as his own and has shown that he will walk through fire for each one of them. His passion for the boys and the sport of lacrosse is unmatched. His tireless dedication to our team is not limited to the field. He has spent countless hours of his own time shaping our boys and teaching them how to be responsible and independent young men who successfully work together as a team. The 1 year suspension of Coach Jerry from his role threatens his positive influence on our boys and the positive trajectory the boys are on in this critical stage of their lacrosse player development career. He has the unique ability to connect with our boys and to break down complex concepts in an age appropriate way that our boys understand. His performance both in PAL and club league play has also helped our boys feel that success.

The parents of the combined 2033 boys Tomahawks team feel that this 1 year suspension is unwarented, excessive and unjust for someone that has been a respectable part of the lacrosse community for many years. Because of his knowledge of lacrosse, tireless dedication to our boys and the way he has put his heart and soul into coaching, we respectfully ask for reconsideration and we would like to see him continue coaching our 2033 boys who love him.
