The traffic on Dexter is already a nightmare. Putting a store there is just asking for a bad accident.

This really hurts the charm of our area. Really hope the city listens to us for once.
We dont need another dollar store here. It ruins the whole vibe of the historic district. Keep it local and keep the character of the neighborhood.
Bad idea for the neighborhood. Property values will tank and the traffic is going to be impossible.
