LDS employees of Intermountain Healthcare should be allowed the right to partake of the sacrament. Taking the sacrament at work does not detract from taking care of our patients, but enables many of us to do our jobs better. We are required to be here on Sunday and this helps us to get through the day. There has recently been a policy made that employees are no longer allowed to take the sacrament at work at all, which is something we have always done before without any problems. I am starting this petition to send to our CEO, please sign if you agree. If you don't please comment why. Thank you

The momentum is incredible. It is clear that so many of us rely on this practice to get through our shifts.

Working Sundays is hard enough as it is. Why take away the one thing that gets us through the shift?

This is ridiculous. It takes five mins and helps us feel grounded during a long shift. Let us have this.

How does this hurt the patients at all?? It actually makes me a better worker knowing I have that spiritual support.

I really hope they listen to us. It really makes a big difference in my day.

Totally unfair. Stop messing with our faith at work.

Ridiculous policy change. We need to go back to how it was before.
