The Fire Alarm system in the building has been malfunctioning since the opening of the building to residents in October 2021, as we are approaching March 2022, it became an issue that endangers all tenants due to the fact that if a real fire is detected, it will not be possible to know the danger of this as it is associated with a false alarm due to previous and recurrent false alarms.
After multiple requests to the management and an inspection from the Dubai Civil Defense to this day we have not received a clear response from the management nor a resolution for this issue.

The hallway alarm went off again at three in the morning and I am just so tired of the blinking red lights that mean absolutely nothing anymore. I have been emailing management constantly but they keep sending me these empty replies that do not actually address the broken sensors which is just infuriating.

We already told management about this so many times but they just ignore us. Its super dangerous what if there is a real fire next time and nobody moves??
This BIG Issue must be solved ASAP It’s since OCTOBER 2021 almost 5 months

Please fix the fire alarm as it is very disturbing
I have a medical case at home, and waking up at night this way is unacceptable

My kids wake up crying every time the siren goes off at 3am. Enough is enough fix this now.
