Cutting the funding is a mistake. The city should be helping more not less. Think about the animals.
Total incompetence by the city. Keep the SPCA in charge they actually know what they are doing.
Laval needs to stop cutting corners on animal welfare. These animals have nowhere else to go. Do the right thing.
this is so sad. the spca does so much for these poor dogs and cats. leave them alone!!
please dont stop the funding. so many lives are at stake here.

UNACCEPTABLE. Laval needs to step up and keep the contract. Dont let them suffer!!!
