Dear managing director of HOAS

We, the tenants of HOAS in Maininkitie 4 buildings, would like to inform that the condition of our laundry room is very inadequate and inconvenient. So, given the increasing number of tenants in Maininkitie 4, we would like to ask you for changing the old equipment with better ones so that the laundry can be functional during 7 days of the week.

At the moment, we have two washing machines and two drying machines (one of them is totally broken and out of use for years). The washing machines are getting broken quite often (once a week at least) so that we may have one of them working each week or it might happen that both of them are out of use for several days of the week. The only useful drying machine is operational for 3-4 days per week before each breakdown, and during the working days, it will take around 2 hours to dry the washed clothes because the machine is quite old. It is usual and normal to have one dryer per washing machine in each HOAS laundry room. Here in Maininkitie 4 It is quite common that tenants wash their clothes but the dryer is busy and it takes days to have the cloths dry at the temperature of home which can cause problems such as appearance of molds, bad smell in clothes and etc.

So, we would like to ask you to change the washing machines with some new ones which can work robustly, and more importantly to add one more washing machine to have operational washing machines for 7 days a week.We also need the same number of drying machines as the washing machines to make the clothes completely dry before taking them home.
