I am a resident of the French side and I can smell that stench from the dump fires sometimes over here..It is shameful. Our peoples are breathing poisonous fumes.. This should have been addressed many years ago.x
I see the fires from upwind thanks the weather, but I am sorry for those living down wind, it is a big shame.
fed up with the constant smoke. it ruins the air and hurts my lungs. government needs to wake up and do their job.
My kids have asthma and this smoke is killing us. Every night we have to close all the windows but it still gets inside. Fix the dump already!
Living in Philipsburg is a nightmare. I wake up coughing every single morning. How is this still allowed to happen in 2017???

This is disgusting. It is getting very difficult to breathe. It seems government of Sint Maarten wants to destroy its population by ignoring this issue.
