I have known Charlie for over 20 years, he is always been a very knowledgeable, intricate part of Lake Nona. I have done a great deal of work for Lake Nona, Charlie is always been the person that came to me and explained how Lake Nona wanted things, how they should look, And if I said it was going to be done to make sure it was done the same way and in the same amount of time. He always was looking after Lake Nona making sure everything got done all the customers for the club their houses in Lake Nona, And for the Tavistock group. I believe Charlie would be a very valuable person to bring back that only to the club but for what he portrays as being Lake Nona. Charlie is a very get it done in person exactly the way it supposed to be done for anybody he works for.

Charlie is Lake Nona, I believe you don’t realize what Charlie did for the members and employees. Who you should let go long time ago was your former GM and you would have a lot less issues. Know with Charlie gone you have a major challenge.

When the Club will be able to reopen after this Pandemic someone like Charley would be a significant piece to bringing the Club back to its high standards. He brings a source of Community and Family that the Club has lacked for the past several years.
Not looking forward in time to this moment with out Charley would be a huge miscalculation.

Charlie is your number one person at Lake Nona. If something is not taken care of properly, I know that 1 call to Charlie will fix it. He was our first impression of Lake Nona, and we were impressed. My thought was if they have this kind of caliber of people taking care of us this is where we want to be.
I have not seen the same level of care and dedication from any other person on staff and I’ve been a member for a year now.

I have known Charlie for over 30 years and have been a guest of Lake Nona many times. Charlie is the definition of a gentleman. He is an exemplary manager. He looks after the members, guests and staff with genuine care and attention to detail. Lake Nona would not be the club it is without Charlie.
The orchestra will fall apart without the conductor. Removing the leader and manager of Lake Nona that brought and maintained this club to the high level of standards that it has achieved is a grave mistake. Please correct that.
