The agency named as LAHD, has committed crimes against the People of Los Angeles. This is a known fact, unfortunately when we thnk of city agencies that need reformation we should focus on this dummy agency, That is only a mimic of The Department of Building and Safety, and the Health Department. But therein the problem lies because this agency has to self justify itself. By deception. retaliation, harassment, black mail, and vast corruption of property owners.
