We, the concerned citizens of the 10th District of Los Angeles, due hereby petition our councilman to use his power of authority to : 1. Trim all trees in the 10th District which constitute a danger to life, limb, and property of the public. 2. Collection of the standing rubbish and trash on the streets, sidewalks, and street corners of our community. 3. The repair of streets, sidewalks, and curbs in the 10th District 4. An investigation of all city departments who have bogusly asserted that tree trimming has occured on Palm Grove Ave. within the last ten (10) years.
