For the last few years I have been growing increasingly impatient with the City of Brampton over its neglected promise to rebuild the outdoor bowl it removed for parking at Brampton Memorial Arena. 5 years ago when it was removed, then Mayorial Candidate Susan Fennell (current Mayor) promised the BMLA while attending an awards ceremony (Brampton Minor Lacrosse Assoc.), that because of the removal of the BMLA owned outdoor facility there would be not one but two new outdoor facilities built to replace it. They were to be built at the old OPP fields next to the former Vanier Jail. This has obviously not transpired, instead another worthy cause Variety Village is hoping to purchase the land for thier own needs, good for them I hope they get it! However where is the one Bowl going to be built Nevermind the two Bowls promised to be built to replace the \"missing\" one. It is our hope that this petition can help persuade City Council into comming to a quick decision on this matter.

Paul Edwards, I am just a concerned citizen of the City of Brampton and would like to see this facility built not only for my use but also for our childrens use as well.
