Seeing this level of support for a simple court has been exhausting yet incredibly humbling. It is clear I am not the only person who feels this town is missing a place for us to gather and play.

The kids really need somewhere to hang out that isnt just the skate park. Be good to have a hoop down the park for the summer.
A basket ball court would be a great investment for our teens who have limited free activities in the area
Basket ball is good fun and easy to play in urban settings so engages young men and women.
No reason not to sign up - lets hope if installed it gets used unlike some other facilities that have been installed in the park like the gym equipment.
I support this petition because I see a need for such a facility in the main melton park. I belive it will help to grow a thriving basketball community in the town.
Fully support this well needed facility in our town, for our youngsters.

Bout time we got something like this in Melton. My boys would be down there every single day.
