We, the members of this community, are uniting to express our wholehearted support for the opening of La Escuelita Spanish Immersion Preschool. This school is poised to be a beacon of educational innovation, offering a dual language immersion program that promises to foster bilingualism and biliteracy in our children.

La Escuelita is dedicated to creating a nurturing learning environment that addresses the academic, social, and emotional needs of young learners. For Spanish-speaking children, the school serves as a cultural haven, allowing them to retain and celebrate their native language and traditions. The City of Dallas has already passed an ordinance not to require a Special Use Permit for childcare’s in the City because there’s such a need for children under 5 and working families. (Unfortunately I do because we’re in a planned development) There are 93,000 children under 5 in Dallas, there are only 35,000 seats available right now in licensed childcare’s. We align with the city’s vision of supporting families and children.
