إطلاق مبادرة " كويتيون لأجل البدون "

البدون قضية إنسانية لا أمنية

تفاعلاً مع الأحداث الأخيرة ورغبة في الحفاظ على أمن البلاد وتحقيق السلم الاجتماعي وضمان الحقوق الإنسانية لكافة أفراد البدون ، أطلقت مجموعة من المهتمين بالشأن الإنساني مبادرة " كويتيون لأجل البدون " والتي تسعى إلى تفعيل برنامج عمل يتعامل مع كافة القضايا الآنية والملحة التي يعاني منها البدون بالإضافة إلى التعامل الشامل مع القضية برمتها . حيث تدعو المبادرة إلى التعامل بجدية مع قضايا البطاقة الأمنية والجوازات المزورة والقيود الأمنية وتوفير فرص عمل بشروط عادلة والإفراج عن المحتجزين في الأحداث الأخيرة وتجنيس المستحقين والتعامل الإنساني مع البقية .

وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف سيتم إشراك الأطراف الحكومية والمنظمات المختصة وكافة فعاليات البدون على مستوى الأفراد والتجمعات في التشاور الآني أو المستقبلي لتحديد خطة العمل والفعاليات المطلوبة دفعاً لتخليص المجتمع من هذا المأزق الإنسانــي ودعما لكافة الجهود الشعبيـة والحكومية والدولية لإنهاء هذا الملف .

هذا وتتعاون المبادرة مع الجمعية الكويتية لحقوق الإنسان في رصد وتوثيق كافة الأحداث على الساحة والشهادات حولها في إطار تجهيز ملف قانوني للتصدي قضائياً للتجاوزات .

وتهيب المبادرة بكافة جمعيات النفع العام والجمعيات الأهلية والأفراد بالتعاون معها في سبيل تحقيق الاهداف الإنسانية السامية.

وتؤكد المبادرة على أنها ليست بديلاً عن أي جهود تبذلها أي جهة أخرى من البدون أو غيرهم مع اقتناعنا بعدالة مطالبهم ، لكنها تؤكد على ضرورة تنسيق الجهود بين كل المعنيين بهذه القضية للخروج بحلول عادلة لها.

Initiative "Kuwaitis for Bedon"
Bedon is a humanitarian issue, not security

As a reaction to recent events and in the need to preserve the country's security and social peace and to ensure the human rights of all members of the Bedon, a group of those concerned with humanitarian affairs have launched an initiative "Kuwaitis for Bedon" which seeks to launch a program to deal immediately with all the Bedon issues in addition to dealing with the whole issue. The initiative calls to deal seriously with the issues of security card, forged passports, security restrictions, provide fair employment conditions, releasing the detainees in recent events, naturalization the eligible and deal with the rest in a humanitarian way.

In order to achieve these goals, the governmental parties, relevant organizations, all individuals of Bedon status and communities will be involved in immediate or future consultation to formulate the work plan and activities required to rid the community of the human predicament , to support all efforts of popular and governmental and international organizations to close this file.

This Initiative is working with the Kuwait Society for Human Rights in monitoring & documenting all the events on the scene and testimony about it in the framework of a legal file processing to address the judicial excesses.

The Initiative calls upon all public-interest associations, NGOs and individuals to cooperate with it in order to achieve the humanitarian objectives of the High Commissioner.

The Initiative states that it is not a substitute for any efforts by any other party of the Bedon or others, with the belief of the justice of their demands, while underlines the need to coordinate efforts among all concerned with this issue to come out with solutions.
