The Residents of Kingsway, Quedgeley would like to have the ability to chose Virgin Media Cable as their provider of Internet, TV and telephony services and request that Virgin Media install the infrastructure at this ideal time as the estate develops rather than waiting for it to be completed. With 1800 homes already built and due to grow to 3600, and the roads not yet adopted, it would seem to be cost effective to do it now rather than later. Many residents have already highlighted their desire for the service. We hope this petition will show a value for money in the installation.
