On 11/20/2010 we lost two very special people due to a tragic car accident. Kina Williams (24) and her beautiful daughter Karmen Butler (2) were t-boned by a car while entering a apartment complex on Ledbetter rd. After researching we learned that Kina and Karmen werent the first to be killed at that same exact spot! and unless something is done soon they wont be the last. There should be a traffic light put at that intersection! If someone wouldve spoken up earlier maybe Kina,Karmen, and everyone else injured at that EXACT spot would still be with us...Please help us save lives.
