I MYSELF HAD JENNY WALLACE GIVING ME ULTRA SOUND TREATMENT AT KELLING FOR FIVE YEARS SHE WAS LOVELY AND KIND! TICCS HEALTHCARE ARE A COMPLETE AND UTTER SHAMBLES THEY WILL KEEP DISCHARGING YOU FROM THEIR CARE, YOU CAN GO TO KELLING FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND THE PERSON THERE IS UNABLE TO DO YOUR TREATMENT OR THEY MAKE YOU WAIT WEEKS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT BY THEN YOU ARE IN TOTAL AGONY! TICCS ARE A SHAMBLES THEY ARE COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY USELESS YOU SPEAK TO THEIR APPOINTMENT BOOKING LINE YOU GET MORE SENCE OUT OF A CROSSED LINE WITH THE KRANKIES! Jenny was the best. Why change something that wasnt broken?? Sick of calling their line and getting nowhere.
Total joke. My mum was left waiting for months and they didnt even have the right equipment for her when she finally got there. Bring back the old team!
