Help us stop dog fouling in Kew
As of today, there has not been a single prosecution in Richmond Borough of irresponsible dog owners who fail to clean up their dog’s mess.
Kew Councillors, David Linette and Meena Bond, as well as 2014 candidate Monica Horner and Richmond Park MP Zac Goldsmith are campaigning to change that. The current rules require a Council Officer to witness an offence before a fine can be levied, which is neither practical nor realistic.
If you want to see the rules changed so that the Council can apply a zero-tolerance policy, please sign below to help us campaign for a lasting solution.
