There comes a time when we have to put GOTv on their toes. Its high time they knew that they are not giving us VALUE for our money. When one pays for any package, they require you to to dial *432# in order to reset (clear E16/32 error) and you have to do this more than once charging you.
My question are;
- Since when have you ever heard Safaricom (for example) requiring you to dial a code once you have topped up your account? This is unacceptable and they need to change or upgrade their system to be synchronized with immediate payment.
- Why do they disconnect people every month if one has paid for more than one month in advance? they should tell us if they charge per month basis, hence the monthly disconnection. It is unacceptable to be disconnected yet they have your payment.
- Their customer care number is ever busy and keeps on hold until one gives up or if your airtime runs out. if you resort to social media, they take their sweet time before rectifying the issue.
- If one wants to downgrade to cheaper packages, they claim that you must call them in order to effect the change. What is the whole point of having a GOTV eazy self service if it can't execute simple instructions in that platform.
Its high time they knew its NO LONGER BUSINESS AS USUAL. If we pay, they should give equivalent service from their side.
