Kayo Sports charges subscribers up to $45 per month for a premium live sports streaming service. At that price, customers have a reasonable expectation of reliable, high-quality streaming, particularly during the live events we are paying to watch.
Instead, subscribers across Australia continue to experience persistent and unacceptable issues, including:
• Constant buffering and freezing during live sport, often at the most critical moments
• Streams cutting out entirely and requiring repeated app restarts
• Significant drops in video quality and resolution mid-broadcast
• App crashes and login failures across smart TVs, Apple TV, Chromecast, mobile and web
• Poor playback performance even on fast, stable internet connections
These are not isolated incidents. They are recurring, well-documented problems that affect paying customers every week, on every major code - AFL, NRL, cricket, F1, football and more.
We, the undersigned Kayo subscribers, call on Kayo Sports and Foxtel Group to:
1. Urgently invest in the streaming infrastructure required to deliver consistent, high-quality live sport at the price point being charged.
2. Provide clear, public reporting on outages and performance issues, with proactive account credits when the service fails during live events.
3. Stop raising subscription prices until service reliability meets the standard subscribers are already paying for.
4. Establish a transparent customer feedback channel where reliability issues are tracked and responded to publicly.
We are paying premium prices. We deserve a premium service. Fix Kayo.

Fed up with the constant buffering during the footy. I pay way too much for this garbage service to have it cut out every single weekend.
