The city officially denied the variance request for those domes and our neighborhood will remain exactly as it should be. I am so relieved that our homes are protected and I appreciate everyone who spoke up to keep this area quiet and residential.

We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to Deny the Variance Request for Non-Standard Building materials to be utilized for Indoor Tennis Enclosures. The presence of the Bubble Domes Structures will depreciate surrounding home values and nearby residents. The noise impact will degrade our quality of life. The Bubble Domes simply DO NOT BELONG in a Residential Neighborhood.

Seeing one hundred people sign this shows I am not the only neighbor worried about the view from my window. We cannot let these domes destroy the peace of our quiet streets.

I say no to bubble domes in a Keller residential zone and across the street from my front door. This is more fitting in the Keller Sports Complex and more accessible there! A couple of miles more will not make a difference for all the tennis players who are dying to play in indoor facilities.
I've been around these dome structures in Arizona for years. Very loud motors and fans will run constantly to keep them inflated. These are typically circus or event tents. May be okay for a temporary parking lot fair, but an eyesore everywhere else.
Oppose bubble domes. Keller is not responsible for their financing shortfall, but Keller is responsible for adherence to guidelines and precedents set for future development.
While I with everyone on residential, looks and etc I would like to add to the safety of these structures, maintaining them, safety inspections, safe distance from homes, do they plan to train first responders on a rapid response on dome failure
These types of large commercial structures should not be allowed in residential areas because of the threat to the investment of nearby property owners. Frankly I feel that a project of this scale even with conventional building materials should only be built in predominantly commercial districts.
No taxpayer gifts to private enterprises.
Another Houston? You should be so lucky. You just lost a facility that could have brought health and wellness to your community. Why don't you add another storage facility? Keller, this was a dumb decision by people with no vision.

These BUBBLE DOMES are a cheap ugly way to make indoor tennis courts. My home looks right across the street at what is now Rocky Top. The DOMES are disregarding what can be built on property that is zoned residential. VOTE NO
