The city council expects us to roll over and accept their reckless development plans but they are dead wrong. We are pushing for 250 signatures to show them that Petaluma is not for sale to the highest bidder. Get this link in front of your neighbors now because we need to hit that target before they think they can ignore us.

We hit one hundred signatures and the city council can no longer pretend they do not see us. The gatekeepers of Petaluma development are ignoring our small town character but they cannot ignore a hundred people demanding better.

It is a daily hassle to drive from my home near the Hospital to east Washington St to get to downtown Petaluma. Sometimes when I consider the traffic jams/total gridlock and frequent accidents on e Washington/McDowell, I decide to stay home and buy from Amazon. The dense overdevelopment of this area is decreasing our quality of life on the East side and needs to stop now.

I moved here for the small town feel not to be buried in concrete and suburban sprawl. Please stop approving these massive projects.

Every time I look at new plans for the east side I just get frustrated. The roads werent built for this kind of volume. Fix the infrastructure before building more.

The traffic around McDowell is a total nightmare lately. Cant even get to the store without sitting in gridlock for 20 mins. Enough is enough.
