Ken Wilkey is a great boss and does his job well. Not only does he do what is expected of him but often times he goes above and beyond his duties to help his employees anyway he can. When ever we have issues at a store or with a customer, 9 times out of 10, we call him first. Like any job, it can get very stressful but knowing we have Ken around makes it easier to deal with it. Making Ken leave to another district is is not only NOT fair to him, but also to his employees. We count on him everyday just like he counts on us to show up and be ready to work.
