People in the state of Virginia have been hunting with hounds since this state even became a state if y'all do pass this law you will have many hunters stop hinting and the deer population will be outta control..How many people already get killed each year from hitting deer?
My children are 16 and 13 years old. They have told me that they don't care much for still hunting. If hound hunting is stopped I'm scared I will lose them to society. There is to much to influence children I know from experience that having hounds kept me from going down the wrong path.
Hound hunting is a excellent form of "catch and release" that also aids in harvest of mature animals ,increasing game quality and a great conservation method..never mind the revenue,,fuel parts tires vet bills dog food and supplies hunting lic etc
We all need to compromise, I like to still hunt, but dog hunting is in my blood. We do have some dog hunters that give the rest a bad name, there is always a bad apple in every bunch as in still hunters to I am sure.
I pride on taking great care of my beagles and they are like family and I make due to talk to landowners before I walk in to get my dogs. It's the respectful thing too ask first and I belive strongly that we deserve the right took retrieve in order to get our dogs off their property.
Freedom is what the forefathers fought for but we don’t have it anymore.

I against bills HB 2343 and HB 2345! this is a family tradition and I think the gov . and house need to worry about more important things then something that isn't hurting anyone! if you don't like dog hunting , then move to were they don't have dog hunting!!!
