      FOR THE PAST THIRTY YEARS EVERY FAMILY IN THE UK HAS BENEFITTED FROM CHILD BENEFIT   It is blatantly unfair to deny families their right to receive this universal benefit.  It is also completely unjust that if a single earner brings home a penny more than £44k, they will no longer be able to receive this benefit (from 2013) but couples earning up to £86k (between them) will still be able to claim.   If you don't think this is fair then get your voice heard and please sign this petition

Its absolutely ridiculous. Why should one person earning over 44k lose out while a couple earning way more keeps it? Totally unfair system.

The government are just after more money again. My wife stays home with the kids and we get punished for it. DISGRACE.
