I have been reading the stories you are sharing about the impossible choices this policy forces on your families. This tax is a direct attack on our basic stability and I am refusing to stay quiet while they push our neighbors toward homelessness.

Seeing this grow makes me feel less alone in the fear for my own home. This momentum proves that people actually care about those of us being pushed into impossible debt.

you already pay your rent and council tax why should we pay for a bedroom when it is included in your rent
greedy politicians making laws while sitting in their mansions. they have no clue how real people live
DISGUSTING. forced to pay for a spare room that isnt even there basically. how are we meant to afford food now
my disabled son needs his equipment kept in the spare room so where are we supposed to go. stop hurting the people who have nothing left
its an absolute disgrace how they treat the vulnerable. they cant move because there are no smaller houses available so they just pay the price instead

Hitting the elderly, the poor and the disabled -who may want to downsize, but can't afford to!
