Orange county ordinances protecting rural settlements state that:
*It is not demonstrated that other potential sites were evaluated as being suitable
*It is determined that the proposed uses by size massing and traffic, will unduly impact the historic and rural character of the Rural Settlement.
* The Proposed use is located in a Rural Settlement that has maintained a rural and historic character, consistent with the intent of Rural Settlements.If you include your comments we will be able to read them before the Board of County Commisioners vote. If you can make it to 201 S. Rosalind Ave, Orlando, you can designate your 3 minutes to us to read your comments or speak yourself. If you include your email, I can update you and you can always go to the KeepGatesClosed.com site for current info.

Why not just put it by the high school where the traffic flow is already designed for it? Makes no sense to cram it into our area.
This rural settlement status exists for a reason. stop trying to turn our quiet roads into a highway.
Keep the gates closed!!! This is a quiet neighborhood and needs to stay that way.
our kids play in these streets. opening those gates is a recipe for a disaster waiting to happen. listen to the residents.
Rich Drive is already busy enough with people speeding thru to avoid the main roads. we dont need a school bus line back here too.
