Zimmer Museum is moving to Santa Monica in November 2018. While it is great that the museum is expanding into a larger location, it is a HUGE loss for mid-city residents who have no other options in the area for a similar fun and educational indoor play space for their children.
Let's show our support to keep Zimmer Mid-city open for business!
Hopefully, by making our voices heard, the Zimmer Museum will recognize the need for two locations, and continue to serve our local mid-city community that it has served for over 15 years!

The board at Zimmer keeps ignoring our neighborhood needs but this wave of support proves they cannot hide from us anymore. We have built real momentum and now they have to answer for abandoning the families who built their success.

It would be such a loss not just for the community here but for the museum. They’ll lose so many members who won’t drive out to Santa Monica.
I'm sure the Santa Monica Zimmer will be very nice, but with traffic on the Westside, small kids don't have the patience to go there from the mid city and we won't be able to go.
Zimmer is a fixture in our community. Santa Monica place is not an accessable locationfor families who currently use the Zimmer. Keep this location open!
Keep the Zimmer open in mid city! My son absolutely loves our trips to the museum and every time we go it’s well visited by such a diverse group of children and caretakers.
We live in Los Feliz and love the Zimmer. It wouldn’t be possible for us to go to the west side if there’s a way to keep this one open as well. You are vital to our kids!
The Zimmer is my go to, especially with more than one young child at home with me at a time before they start school!
Santa Monica is too far :( Please keep this one open!

I was looking forward to taking my second grandchild to the Zimmer, like we did with the first. But, traffic and distance won't make that possible.
