For years, the residents of the Junction Triangle were promised, and even lured to the neighbourhood by the signs of a METRO grocery store on the corner of Lansdowne and Dupont. Fuse Condominiums had this sign dating back nearly 4 yeas or more. Although they have kept their promise of a Shoppers Drug Mart, the Metro signs have been removed and our city councillor's office confirmed Food Basics was moving into this ever-changing and gentrifiying neighbourhood.
