No sidewalks, speeding cars, non-residents taking up all the street parking. Adding this development to an already congested area in need of improvements is a bad move. Please drive down our street on a Sunday afternoon. Look at the surrounding homes. This is not in keeping with the look and feel of our neighborhood. Strongly apposed

This area is already suffering the effects of too many people and too many cars. Adding in anything besides a single family unit will exacerbate pre-existing issues.

This has been my neighborhood for almost 35 years. I have watched many changes through the years, and this it not a positive one.

Have written about this, terrible overuse of land, Causes all of use to look for ways to have some privacy, which is costly!! Overuse of utilities and traffic, some building on lot is the owner's right, but abuse of that right for greed and hurting the community is not a right. More cement less land for wildlife including bees and butterflies, great lets make it harder for the environment too. So sad.

For development that is in harmony with the neighborhood!
